Unplanned Downtime : QMetry Instances Were Not Accessible on 23th Feb 2017 - 10:10 AM (PST) -Affects All QMetry SaaS Customers On AA888


11:10 AM PST (Latest Update): The QMetry services have been restored. QMetry is up and running now. Please verify by logging in to your QMetry instance. If you still continue to face the issue, please contact QMetry Support. 

Root Cause : 


There was an issue with the underlying hardware which caused the database running on it to become inaccessible. It's not something that happens regularly, but we recovered the DB from our recovery procedure


10:53 AM PST: QMetry Support is working on getting the instances up and running. We will keep this post updated with every progress we make. 


10:10 AM PST : This is to inform that QMetry Test Manager is not accessible on 23th Feb 2017 - 10:10 AM (PST). The service is currently unavailable. We will share additional updates once QMetry is back up and running. Based on the initial updates, QMetry services should be restored soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
